I have over twenty of McNair's cookbooks and use them all. I loaned this one to a friend and never got it back! So now I am buying a new one. The problem is, my others are all signed by the author and this one is not.

I like this series of James McNair's books. I already owned two and I purchased 5 more from to give as a gift to my neighbor. Regretfully this edition on "Beef" came with a broken binding and some pages out of sequence. I could not give the book as a gift given it's flawed condition. I kept the book and I will try the recipes, but I was not pleased with condition of the book itself.
