We are looking at building a home with a walkout on a sloping lot. The plans seem hard to come by so I was grateful to find this book at such a good price. However there were way too many home plans in this book with very large square footage. Not very useful for us.

This book has been a great help to us. We have a child in a wheelchair and need a ranch style house with everything on one level. At the same time, we also have a young teenage son who wants his own space. There are so many plans in this book that fit our needs, it will be hard to pick which one!
